Our Sourdough Bread Knife is designed for real sourdough (and of course for any other bread). This knife cuts cleanly through thick crusts without crushing the crumb. The long, rigid blade does the work — no pressure, no tearing. Made from German stainless steel, DIN 1.4116.
The knife has a solid, well-balanced feel and sits comfortably in the hand. With normal care, the scalloped edge holds its sharpness for years and typically requires no resharpening. Finished with a wooden handle with three silver rivets and a custom wooden magnetic sleeve for safe, beautiful storage.
