Shipments & Returns

We bake in small batches and handle every order with care. Below you'll find how collection, delivery and returns are handled.

1. General Information

Our bread is baked fresh to order in small batches. Orders are generally placed at least two days in advance to allow for proper fermentation and baking.All order details, including available dates and options, are selected during checkout.

 

2. Pickup

By appointment only and takes place at the following address:

Look out for a small, round "tgl" sticker on the letter box, as we are legally not allowed to place a sign outside a private property in Singapore.

 

Pickup dates can be selected during checkout. Available days and time windows are shown there and confirmed after your order is placed. Please arrive within the scheduled pickup window. As our products are fresh and perishable, missed pickup appointments may not be eligible for refunds.

 

3. Delivery

We deliver island-wide within Singapore. Delivery fees and any minimum order values are displayed at checkout. We know delivery in Singapore can be expensive. If you have questions about delivery for your order, feel free to contact us. If we can assist, we will — without making any promises. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery address, as our products are fresh and perishable.

 

4. Returns

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.If something isn’t right — for example, if you received the wrong item or there is a quality issue — please contact us as soon as possible.We will review the situation fairly and aim to resolve it in a reasonable way, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delivery $10 islandwide. Spend $60  and delivery is on us.
