We bake our bread with care, simplicity, and transparency. Please read the following information carefully if you have food allergies, intolerances, or dietary sensitivities.
Allergies
All our breads are made using ingredients that contain gluten (wheat). Depending on the recipe, our products may also contain or include:

All breads are baked in the same kitchen, using shared equipment. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of other allergens.
Food intolerances & sensitivities
Our sourdough breads are naturally fermented, and many customers choose sourdough as part of their everyday diet. However, individual tolerance can vary.

They may not be suitable for individuals with severe gluten sensitivity or other medical conditions

Long fermentation
Our sourdough breads are made using a long, natural fermentation process. During fermentation, enzymes break down parts of the grain, which some people find easier to digest compared to conventionally produced bread. However, our breads still contain gluten. We do not make medical, nutritional, or dietary claims, and suitability depends on individual tolerance.
