We operate as a small-batch bakery offering sourdough breads and related products for local customers.
2. Products & availability
All products are made in small batches using natural ingredients. Availability may vary due to fermentation schedules, ingredient supply, or production capacity.
We reserve the right to:
• Limit quantities
• Change or discontinue products without prior notice
• Refuse orders where necessary
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual appearance may vary.
3. Ordering & payment
Orders are placed via our website. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. An order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfilment if an item becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Collection & delivery
Details regarding collection times or delivery options are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for:
• Collecting orders at the agreed time
• Providing accurate delivery information
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or missed collections.
6. Allergens & food safety
Our breads contain gluten (wheat) and may also contain or come into contact with:
• Dairy
• Nuts
• Seeds
• Sesame
• Eggs (in limited products)
All products are made in the same kitchen using shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. Please refer to our Allergens & Food Intolerances page for full details.
7. Food intolerances & dietary suitability
Our sourdough breads are not gluten-free and are not suitable for people with coeliac disease.
Long fermentation may make sourdough easier to digest for some individuals, but tolerance varies. We do not make medical or dietary claims. If you have allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering and check our Allergens & Food Intolerances page for full details.
8. Cancellations & refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of the good loaf unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased
