Naturally fermented sourdough gives it depth and digestibility. A softer crust and tender crumb make it ideal for everyday use. A small touch of avocado oil keeps it moist, while a hint of honey gently softens the sourdough tang — not sweet, just more balanced and closer to toast bread than traditional sourdough.

    Please note that slicing may delay pickup or delivery, as the bread needs to cool fully. Fresh bread is best sliced at home with a good bread knife.
