Our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Sandwich Loaf is a softer, naturally fermented alternative to classic cinnamon raisin toast bread.
Long fermentation gives the bread depth of flavor and better digestibility. The crumb stays tender and light, while the crust remains soft — making it ideal for everyday sandwiches and toast.
Sweet raisins are gently folded into the dough, and cinnamon adds warmth without overpowering the bread. A small touch of avocado oil keeps it moist, and a hint of honey balances the sourdough — not sweet, just rounded and comforting.
