Our Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia is a naturally fermented focaccia infused with fresh rosemary and generously brushed with olive oil. Baked until light and airy inside, with a softly crisp, golden surface. The rosemary releases its aroma during baking, giving the bread a warm, herbal depth without overpowering the dough.
