Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, olive oil, salt, flaky salt, fresh rosemary, garlic.


Our Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia is made with garlic gently roasted with fresh rosemary for 40 minutes before being folded into the dough. This slow infusion softens the garlic completely, drawing out sweetness and aroma without sharpness.


A naturally fermented focaccia infused with fresh rosemary and roasted garlic, generously brushed with olive oil and baked until light and airy. The crumb stays soft and open, while the surface develops a gentle crisp and a golden finish. During baking, the rosemary releases its aroma gradually, giving the bread a warm, herbal depth that complements — rather than overwhelms — the dough.
