Our Olives Sourdough Focaccia with juicy green olives folded into a naturally fermented focaccia dough, baked until soft and airy with a lightly golden crust. The olives release their gentle saltiness during baking, creating a balanced, savoury focaccia where the olive oil–rich crumb stays moist and tender, with flavour in every bite.
