Our Jalapeño & Cheddar Sourdough Loaf is a naturally fermented sourdough with a gentle, lingering kick — where jalapeño warmth builds slowly and cheddar adds savory depth without taking over. Slow fermentation softens the heat, allowing the flavors to unfold gradually, while small pockets of melted cheddar enrich the crumb rather than dominate it.
Balanced, quietly bold, and unexpectedly addictive — a spicy surprise without the burn. Probably one of our favourites.
