Our Rye Sourdough Loaf is a naturally fermented sourdough made with a balanced blend of rye and bread flour, resulting in a hearty loaf with depth, character, and gentle tang. Long fermentation softens the rye’s intensity, producing a moist crumb and a dark, aromatic crust with subtle malty notes.
