A naturally fermented sourdough bagel, 95g each. This is our frozen option — available anytime, while stock lasts. Fresh bagels are baked on Fridays on request (2-day lead time).


Our Plain Sourdough Bagels are a naturally fermented take on a classic — simple, honest, and made with just three ingredients baked in small batches in Singapore.


Long fermentation gives the bagels their depth of flavor and makes them easier to digest. The texture is what defines them: a gently chewy crust with a soft, dense crumb — exactly what a proper bagel should be.
